Job Description

Planning and coordination among company's inventory, sales and purchasing departments. Planning, organizing and controlling the flow of materials from their initial purchase through internal operations to the service point through distribution. To make sure: - Having adequate materials on hand when needed - Paying the best possible prices, consistent with quality and value requirement for purchased materials - Minimizing the inventory investment - Efficient operation among involved departments - Demand estimation - To identify the needed items and the order point for stored items. - Calculate the trends in Consumption during last 3 years. - Optimize inventory management through scientific procurement procedures - Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs - Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures - Supervise distribution of supplies in the organization - Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies - Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc. - Assist in forecasting to plan future orders Length of Probation Period: 2 months. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 Am to 5 Pm.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Being graduated in Industrial engineering is an advantage. - Nature and length of previous experience: Having similar position as material planner for min. 3 years. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: ICDL proficiency, being able to work as a member of a team - Being familiar with Inventory management - Being familiar with ordering process
