Job Description

Main objective: We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts and be able to amend sales policies and make recommendations for business growth. Main responsibilities: ● Following up on new business opportunities, preparing feasibility studies of developments. ● Planning marketing and sales plans to increase sales. ● Market analysis of products and competitors on a continuous basis. ● Competition analysis including awarded projects to the competitors, estimate the annual turnover of each competitor. ● Contacting potential customers. ● Updating existing marketing strategies. ● Preparing sales forecasts and advertising budgets. ● Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. ● Searching for new clients. ● Marketing correspondence. ● Registration in AVL’s. ● Managing and interpreting customer requirements. ● Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs. ● Coordinating with other departments. ● Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. ● Length of probation period: 1 month. ● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable. ● Commission: Yes. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:00 am - 17:00 p.m. but entry time is floated up to 8:30 a.m.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Management. ● Ability to demonstrate a self-motivated, highly organized and innovative approach to work. ● Experience working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, multiple project environment. ● Good written and verbal communication skills. ● Being fluent in English Speaking would be an advantage. ● Teamwork spirit, good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. ● Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. ● Good knowledge of well-known brands. ● Advanced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ● Have strong self-development, self-education, and self-motivation abilities. ● Show effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. ● Organizational skills. ● Desired start date: as soon as possible. ● Ideal age range: 25 to 37 years old.
