Job Description

• Responsible for developing a particular market segment for company. • Promote products and services to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities: • Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. • Develop marketing solutions for projects, including company websites and exhibitions. • Work closely with other teams on program development and implementation. • Analyze data to determine efficiency. • Develop and communicate sales and marketing plans. • Assist with developing the market for client or company. • Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients. • Conduct meetings. • Make sales presentations. • Assess client's promotional needs. • Develop sales strategies in tandem with marketing department. • Meet with clients to ascertain marketing goals. • Create questionnaires and surveys. • Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts. • Generate reports that analyze competition and customers. Skills: • Identify and nurture customer relationships for both new and existing B2B accounts. • Construct target lists, develop sales plans, and forecast anticipated bookings and revenue generation. • Lead customer discussions and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs. • Familiar with Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Client Relationships, Creative Services. • Demonstrable ability to build solid relationships with external and internal stakeholders at all levels. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts and ideas. • Ability to work collaboratively, positive attitude, strong initiative. • Confident and assertive, yet diplomatic and flexible. • Strong influential management skills. • Personal passion for sharing your knowledge and for facilitating the development of others. • Excellent time management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 6 years' experience. • Strong work ethic and detail-orientated. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent knowledge of English. • Highly organized with a proven ability to drive works to completion and persevere to get the job done. • Able to work collaboratively and efficiently within a cross functional team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word, etc.) • Bachelor's degree in business or a marketing management. • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
