Requirements
● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering fields or an MBA graduate.
● At least 2 years of work experience as a product manager and preferably 2 years of construction experience in engineering, marketing, and/or sales.
● Fluent in English, written, and verbal communication skills.
● Full IT literacy.
● Able to develop a detailed project plan and implement clear actions, aligned with overall strategy/goals.
● Ability to work with market reach team (data quality and marketing communication teams) and digital marketing team.
● Ability to develop a strong network with engineering managers and field-based engineering persons.
● Strong internal and external networks and works across functional barriers.
● Customer-focused and respond to internal and external customer requests on a timely basis (customer oriented with a passion for developing products, services, and brands).
● Ability to make decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment (Well-developed ability to work with others).
● Analytical, result-oriented, proactive, and able to get things done.
● Creative and self-confident.
