Job Description

● Implement company strategy in a structured way and in alignment with relevant departments within the company and key functions. ● Meet sales and profitability targets of the assigned business units by continuously developing existing applications and by identifying, developing, and translating new opportunities into additional business as well as driving and steering all short- and long-term marketing activities within the assigned business units will be your responsibilities. ● Manage the introduction of new products and product lifecycle management and build up the competence of the sales force. ● Create management reports and business reviews, continuously monitoring. ● Gain a full product line understanding of the relevant markets in Iran to be able to define and implement product leadership strategy, initiatives, and targets. ● Confirm or update existing product leadership approach by keeping abreast of market trends, customer needs, industry regulations, and competitive developments. ● Ensure adequate product inventory to meet sales demand and minimize reserve obsolescence by coordinating the steering of the sales forecast for current and newly introduced products.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering fields or an MBA graduate. ● At least 2 years of work experience as a product manager and preferably 2 years of construction experience in engineering, marketing, and/or sales. ● Fluent in English, written, and verbal communication skills. ● Full IT literacy. ● Able to develop a detailed project plan and implement clear actions, aligned with overall strategy/goals. ● Ability to work with market reach team (data quality and marketing communication teams) and digital marketing team. ● Ability to develop a strong network with engineering managers and field-based engineering persons. ● Strong internal and external networks and works across functional barriers. ● Customer-focused and respond to internal and external customer requests on a timely basis (customer oriented with a passion for developing products, services, and brands). ● Ability to make decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment (Well-developed ability to work with others). ● Analytical, result-oriented, proactive, and able to get things done. ● Creative and self-confident.
