Job Description

• This position is a field and office-based role and will involve managing Tehran and the immediate surrounding cities. • Effectively communicate product benefits to all relevant customers with the aim to achieve predetermined sales and profit margins; • Regular visits to major doors to ensure standards and objectives are achieved as well as to assess key opportunities to further maximize sales and profitability. • Excellent understanding in skills to drive sales at retail • Liaising with relevant staff in medical, regulatory affairs, sales and other functions to ensure that cross functional communication is of a high quality and that company goals are met; • Awareness of trade and market developments, monitor competitor activity and report information on brand, category and department performance on a regular basis. • Build and maintain professional business relationships in all areas. • Deliver on-target monthly sales at target margin. • Measure and monitoring new campaigns for their effectiveness by individual customer or group via the integrated market information system; • Prepare Sales Reports and present, as required, with an analysis of results and recommendations on issues, actions and initiatives. • Participate proactively in region strategy, planning and review discussions.

Requirements

• Educational background in medicine, pharmacy (or related) and/or business education with specialization in Marketing • Ability to communicate commercial value of our products to target audience; • Strong knowledge of local market. • Negotiating skills • Effective strategic planning abilities • Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. • Ability to self-manage – prioritizing workload and time management. • Good planning & organization skills. • Strong in team activities and cross functional collaboration • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility. • Strong in English communication. • Strong communication skills and presentation skills. • Travel requirements: At least 2 times a month within country
