What is the job about? As a Marketing Officer, you will provide support to the Sales team and deploy all marketing strategies to achieve Customer Satisfaction. You will help strengthen brand awareness amongst employees, customers and through our distributors/partners in their respective markets. You will be responsible for planning and execution of Marketing functions and events such as exhibitions, customer trips, product training and seminars etc. with regular logging of these events in SAP CRM. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited, to the below: • Handles E-Marketing & Web projects • Planning customer trips as part of annual marketing plan/budget, arranging the necessary elements to carry out trips, booking and allocating required resources for trips. • Maintaining marketing stock of data booklets, general marketing materials, procuring marketing materials as required from local and group suppliers/ Creating Point of Sales (POS) materials for campaigns and promotions as per group updates. Handles distribution of documentation. • Acting as liaison between suppliers, internal product managers for smooth implementation of marketing projects. • Tracking of new and established exhibitions to participate in. Maintaining supplier relationships with exhibitors to ensure timely space allocations. Creating exhibition concepts and stands. • Assist in launching exhibits and creating theme based communication and displays. Regulating partner exhibition presence in accordance with Branding regulations. Working with Grundfos' exhibitions department for general support. • Creating Seminar and Training programs by segment and by market. Consolidating materials and resources for seminars and logging these Seminars and trainings in SAP CRM. • Regularly Maintaining customers & Prospects record in SAP CRM by taking details from Sales staff
Requirements
What do you need to apply? To be considered for this position you should have the following: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent University degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. • Must be a good communicator; and have good written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts. • Basic Knowledge of printing process, standard and Photoshop CS4/CS5 • Should be an excellent problem-solver with strong analytical abilities. • Must be self-starter who is committed to success for the long term. • Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Must have the ability to listen and demonstrate good command of English both spoken and written.
