Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts across all coffee categories. The ideal candidate will have solid FMCG experience, a deep understanding of B2B and HORECA channels, and a proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and channel expansion.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for RTD, instant, and roasted coffee products (beans, ground, pods).
-Lead brand positioning, communication strategy, and product portfolio planning.
-Plan and manage digital marketing, trade marketing, and B2B marketing campaigns tailored to both retail and HORECA clients.
-Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using key metrics to drive continuous improvement
-Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy and innovation.
-Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, and production teams to align business goals and product launches.
-Manage marketing budgets effectively and prioritize ROI-driven activities.
-Identify and support growth opportunities in high-traffic locations, modern retail, traditional trade, export markets, and online platforms.
*Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, ideally in the coffee or beverage sector.
-Proven success in B2B marketing and HORECA channel development.
-Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
-Experience in launching new products and managing full brand life cycles.
-Excellent communication and project management skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
-Fluent in English, multilingual skills are a plus.
