Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities with a focus on the food industry
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, professional marketing, etc.).
  • Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and suppliers) to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key external partners (marketing agencies, food companies)
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in food marketing

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Knowledge of marketing, project management, and budget control.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry, regulatory environment, and marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Team building and communication management skills.
