Manage every marketing initiative across the company and all marketing activities within the marketing department.
Prepare organizational marketing strategies and related KPIs for the team to achieve marketing goals and targets.
Develop the marketing plan for the company in line with the company’s objectives.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales and service teams and other divisions.
Oversee the company’s marketing budget and make a clear budgeting scheme.
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, price positioning, and other relevant information to form a marketing perspective.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns and sales promotions.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns (online and offline) as well as; measure results for further decision-making.
Media planning and management in all ATL, BTL, and TTL types of activities.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate and brand identity.
Prepare online marketing activities via a dedicated plan as an e-commerce program.
Approve and monitor the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media, etc.
Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communication activities.
Create a wide range of different marketing materials/content for different purposes.
Work closely with agencies and third parties directly or indirectly.
Plan and coordinate new product launch campaigns.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or similar Business fields (preferably an MBA graduate).
In-depth knowledge of offline and digital marketing concepts is compulsory.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proper leadership and coaching capabilities.
Fluent in English.
5 years of experience or more as a marketing manager; at least 3 years of experience in relevant sectors or industries (home appliance category, etc.).
