The objective of the role:
We would like to add a team leader in our company to be responsible for handling marketing management.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the formulation of a company's strategic plans.
- Devise marketing plans and programs.
- Brand management activities.
- Liaise with sales management and sales channels.
- Responsible for product life cycle management.
- Monitor brand digital footprint.
- Coordinate marketing events and campaigns.
- Lead customer relationship management tasks.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing actions.
- Report to the CEO.
Subordinates: He/she will lead subordinates who act in different marketing functions, as named below:
- Graphic supervisor.
- Digital marketing supervisor.
- Market research supervisor.
- Advertising supervisor.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Some Thursdays as needed.
- Travel requirements: If necessary, business trips for this post may occur.
