Job Description

● Develop digital marketing strategies and plans based on the organization's goals. ● Translate the strategy into actionable plans with objectives and measures. ● Manage client-side marketing activities within the marketing department. ● Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications. ● Lead and execute the marketing strategy for client engagement. ● Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis. ● Work with client teams to build campaigns to improve relationships between clients and couriers.

Requirements

● Mastery of marketing concepts including market research, branding, and digital marketing. ● Mastery of CRM software and systems. ● Ability to formulate a marketing plan. ● Ability to design and formulate marketing patterns. ● Mastery of advertising algorithms in social networks. ● Familiarity with advertising channels. ● Ability to analyze digital data from websites and social media. ● Ability to analyze the results of digital marketing campaigns. ● 5 years of experience in strategy and marketing management. ● Self-management skills and people management skills. ● Strategic thinking. ● Decision-making and problem-solving skills. ● Advanced in Microsoft Office. ● Negotiations skills. ● Fluent in English.
