Summary

The focus of the Marketing Lead is to serve as the strategic anchor for the marketing function, acting as a primary partner to Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and cross-functional teams. The individual will play a crucial role in leading commercial strategy, ensuring all initiatives are data-driven and patient-centric.
As a senior advisor to the Ecosystem Chapter Enabler and a constructive "challenger" within the team, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of strategic decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and driving sustainable business growth through deep market insights and financial stewardship.

The Marketing Lead reports to the Ecosystem Chapter Enabler.

You will be responsible for:

- Serving as the principal strategic counterpart to Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) across all therapeutic areas, ensuring therapeutic goals are translated into robust, actionable marketing strategies.
- Acting as a senior advisor to the Ecosystem Chapter Head, representing the chapter in strategic meetings when required, and acting as a controlling body to challenge team assumptions and improve decision quality.
- Leading deep market analyses to diagnose root causes of market dynamics; identifying commercial gaps, risks, and opportunities to provide evidence-based strategic guidance.
- Holding full accountability for all marketing decisions, budget management, and expenditures; ensuring rigorous oversight to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and resource efficiency.
- Leading the OBP process and strategic planning for therapeutic areas, ensuring short-term tactics effectively support long-term patient and business outcomes.
- Overseeing pipeline reviews and leading strategic preparations for new product launches to ensure seamless market entry.
- Building and maintaining robust networks with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders to support advisory boards and scientific exchange.

Who You Are

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing. An MBA is highly preferred.
- You have a minimum of 10 years of progressive commercial and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- You have significant experience in a strategic advisory or leadership role within a matrix organization.
- You have proven experience in digital/omnichannel marketing and data analytics.
- You have experience with agile ways of working (Squads, Chapters).
- You are fluent in Farsi & English (speaking, reading and writing).
- military end service license is required for men.
