Job Description

  • Identify markets and potential customers.
  • Communicate, attract, and identify new customers for advice on choosing the best product.
  • Negotiate with companies to sign contracts for B2B sales.
  • Assist in the development of long-term strategic objectives.
  • Regularly exchange feedback between the customers and the company.
  • Identify and report the status of competitors.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Understand users, their views of the world, pain points, frustrations, and what matters to them most in order to find the best solution.
  • Strong communication and networking skills (customer-oriented).
  • Willingness to learn and effective knowledge with customers.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
