Job Description

- Collect and analyze data on customer (End-user, sales team, or distribution channels needs through market research) attitudes that affect product demand. - Managing marketing research projects ( quantitative and qualitative) - Determine and analyze the customer(End-user, sales team, or distribution channels needs through market research). - Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations. - Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. -Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback - Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the customers.

Requirements

Bachelor or master's degree in Industrial engineering, MBA or Statistics . - Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG industry. - Fully conversant with MS office (Expert in excel is necessary) - Good knowledge of working with SPSS -Ability to work under pressure - Flexible for internal travels. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Understanding Statistical Analysis and concepts of sales and marketing. -Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks - Male or Female. - Ideal age: 25-30
