Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Define data standards and validation rules across sources. Maintain the data dictionary, metric definitions, and version control.
• Orchestrate Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows that combine survey data, retail audits, and digital analytics. Ensure repeatable and auditable processes.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards for leadership and working teams. Document logic and refresh schedules.
• Produce experiment and A/B test readouts with simple narratives, method notes, and business implications.
• Partner with Quantitative Insights, Field and Operations, Category Marketing, Trade and Shopper, and Digital to ensure analysis ready datasets and consistent metrics.
• Supervise the MCI Analytics Specialist. Review outputs, coach on data quality, and plan team development.
• Manage access control and data privacy for insight tools in line with policy.
Profile / Requirements
• Strong skills in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) or Python preferred.
• Experience building automated dashboards and maintaining data models.
• Clear written and visual communication. Ability to explain methods and caveats in plain language.
