Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Own refresh cycles for assigned dashboards; maintain data dictionaries.
• Automate recurring reports; ensure alignment with SOPs.
• Partner with Field & Operations on data readiness and with study owners on final outputs.
• Contribute to methods notes and the learnings library.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
• On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery of scheduled outputs.
• Data consistency across cycles; Quality Control (QC) pass rate.
• Adoption of automated outputs by stakeholders.
