Preferred Qualifications (Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications): • Participate in design reviews and engage in supplier coordination • Strong skills in analyzing data and presenting material • Controlling and monitoring the production • Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities • Support production, including involvement in factory build, test and associated build troubleshooting, and attending meetings with suppliers • Technical Documentation, Interdisciplinary & Team Coordination • Creation, testing and approval of production documents • Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): • BA or MS degree in Manufacturing Engineering • Proficiency in manufacturing process and methods • Dominance in defining production method and related quality control procedure for various components • Strong team working, ability to planning and scheduling and professional ethics • Creates plans, schedules, and procedures for tests of manufactured components Self-Motivated, Technical Negotiation, Communication Skills, Problem Solving Attitude, Task Scheduling, High Responsibility - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Extremely flexible work - Multitasking ability - Travel: Occasional travel may be required. Typical Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
