Job Description

- Launch and officially register a new born company - Develop high-quality business strategies and plans - Encourage employee engagement - Hire a high performing managerial/executive team - Oversee all operations and business activities - Ensure the company’s complicity with legal and business ethics - Monitor prospective markets in the area and identify appropriate business opportunities - Sourcing, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding, negotiating, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, transporting follow-ups - Participating in international events (exhibitions, conferences, etc.) inside or outside of Iran - Review financial and non-financial reports - Ensure strategy alignment with objectives - Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution - Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions - Maintain contact with shareholders - Give periodic Reports to the board of directors.

Requirements

- BS / MS in Business administration or other related fields. - Previous management experience for at least 5 years - Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful strategies. - Full proficiency/fluent in English in speaking and writing - Excellent in MS Office - In-depth knowledge on export/import legislation and procedures for perishable items like flowers and plants. - Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, Human Resources, etc. - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Expert in: conflict management, decision making ability, plan and organize, analytical thinking, performance guide - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
