We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Logistics Expert** to join our team.
Job Description:
-Prepare proper PI (Proforma Invoice) under company name by coordinating with the suppliers.
-Ensure compliance of import processes with applicable regulations such as the latest Iran Customs Law.
-Achieve MIMT order registration and Currency allocation permissions according to company requirements.
-Work closely with finance team to fulfill currency allocation by CBI and NTSW Site and follow company buying formalities.
-Track and follow up dispatching of the goods, entrance customs (Port, Airport, land) and the transportation of the goods from port / Airport/ Land to company warehouse.
-Collaborate with agents and related departments in order to sourcing the best and minimum delivery of time and determine proper HS code regarding inbound deliveries.
-Being familiar with full set of shipping document for customs clearance and banking activities.
-Work with Logistic manager in order to implement and execute IML, shipping and CC processes and related paperwork as closely as possible
-Track and follow up the declaration of the goods, SATA code, Duty Payments, CRA customs assessments and permission to ensure that the efficiency of importation and processes are aligned with business requirements.
-Provide required reports on Logistic management performance metrics, including vendors SLAs, Agent's performance, process success rate.
Requirements:
-Have strong communication and coordination skills, and strong learning adaptability.
-Have general knowledge of PMP/Supply chain processes and knowledge.
-Have basic data processing skills.
-Adequate English skills.
-Priority to Telecom experienced candidates familiar with CRA customs clearance.
