Job Description
Procurement: Scope of work: sourcing, inquiry, commercial clarification, commercial bid analyze, P.O placement, ... - Obtain necessary quotations from contractors/suppliers in accordance with Company Purchasing Procedures - Initiate Tenders and prepare commercial analysis to Procurement Manager - Initiate and participate in Supplier Audits and ensure Remedial Work Plan is completed - Sourcing capable resources in accordance with the segment defined scope of work and commercial/technical qualifications - Expedite and ensure timely delivery of all orders - Prepare and Submit Procurement related reports as and when required Logistics: - To liaise with procurement department on material status as delivery, shortage, damage, ... - Monitor & control supplier deliveries to meet integration schedule. - In-charge of receiving of all goods ordered for the projects base on purchase orders in co-ordination with the engineer in charge. - co-ordination with the external packer (sub-contractor) for packing. - Prepare documentation for delivery such as delivery note, packing list, commercial invoice and shipping mark.
Requirements
- BSc. In Business Administration or related fields - Minimum 5 years Procurement & logistics experience in Oil & Gas Industry - Familiar with International Purchasing, Supply Chain fundamentals - Strong teamwork skills, and good ability in working under pressure & tight schedule - Self Motivated, flexible with strong customer service - Fluent in English (Writing, Listening, Speaking) - Familiar with: Incoterms, Oil $ Gas client purchasing procedures & reports, Custom clearance, Type of shipment, Purchasing of telecom systems such as: CCTV, LAN, SDH, ACS, AISS, ...
