The LMT site is located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province and went into operation in 2020 and has 160 employees in total. The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.

The position:

As logistics coordinator, you will:

  • Initiate Material importation for expected deliveries according to the product specific requirements for international transportation of GxP Material between Novo Nordisk Product Supply shipping sites.
  • Daily coordination with internal stakeholders in quality assurance, quality control, qualified persons, Warehouse, shipping, production support, etc., and daily/weekly alignment meetings with the warehouse to own the communication around the process of goods in transit.
  • Establish a helicopter view on the whole logistics process of the company to understand the needs, resources, restrictions, roles, and responsibilities on various occasions as well as being a strong single point of contact, a flexible team player, and also a cross-functional project member in the daily business transactions.
  • Measure and compare the related deliverables against the set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and reflect them on the department performance board in order to maximize the speed, efficiency, and lead times in the related working flows and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure planning and scheduling in all tasks and processes to create stability. And aim at solving problems to root cause, create poke yoke solutions.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management (Supply Chain).
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics.
  • Professional in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Working independently and a dedicated team player with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
