Job Description

  • Arranging weekly deliveries and returns with customers and internal departments.
  • Daily follow up on sales progress according to delivery plan.
  • Providing monthly sales outlook and weekly reporting on realized sales and risks ahead.
  • Effective communication and follow up on customers’ urgent requests.
  • Active participation in S&OP sessions and providing inputs (monthly, and12-month rolling forecast).
  • Monitoring and managing inventory level according to company policies.
  • Measuring service level and delivery deviations (OTIF).
  • Daily follow up of internal activities like issuing invoices, order intake and backlog reports; issuing insurance documents; entering orders, forecast, and sales data in internal documents, ERP System, and governmental portals.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and follow up on action plans to increase customers’ satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A confident, trustworthy, and dynamic personality with a genuine desire to provide support and service to customers.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, able to work as part of a team for collective goals.
  • Responsive, with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal departments.
  • High skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Results-driven attitude, organized and self-motivated.
  • Able and eager to learn and develop new skills quickly.
  • Possess excellent detail orientation and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to prioritize and deliver under pressure and challenging situations.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
