Job Description
As a Legal Specialist your responsibilities are:
- Review the assigned Summons & Compliant against the company. Initiate contact with plaintiff/plaintiff attorney and gather material facts regarding the allegations
- Classify all related documents in Litigation data bases, ensure proper documentation and archiving is in place for all assigned cases and the related correspondences
- Provide response/explanations to inquiries made in connection with the files submitted to judicial and supervisory authorities and make the required actions
- Prepare monthly/weekly management reports as required
- Draft minutes, control and submit company’s formal changes
- Prepare and revise contract templates as required
- Influencing all key players in the overall direction to enhance effectiveness of the organization in legal issues
- Managing all kinds of legal cases i.e. court cases, lawyer assessment and selection, guide and control, dispute settlements and arbitration cases and Litigation case management
- Coordinate existing and potential litigation and commercial disputes and ensure they are resolved/addressed
