Job Description
- Reviewing and advising on a variety of contracts and agreements.
- Assisting with providing sanction compliance.
- Assisting with the audit process and communicating with the audit team.
- Preparing various kinds of resolutions.
- Reporting on laws and regulations and assisting the legal head of the company on a wide range of legal issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- More than 2 years of experience exactly in the capital market.
- Familiarity with the Iranian Commercial Code.
- Knowledge of Iran’s Securities Market Act and SEO-relevant regulations is preferred.
- Ability to understand and respond effectively to clients' needs.
- Ability to work within deadlines and be result-driven.
- Ability to draft and review various forms of bilingual legal documents.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments and assisting with legal due diligence of potential partners or investors.
- Ability to handle a considerable amount of paperwork, emails, follow-ups, and required correspondences with the relevant persons or organizations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced negotiation skills and awareness of cultural differences.
