Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
● More than 2 years of experience exactly in the capital market.
● Familiarity with the Iranian Commercial Code.
● Knowledge of Iran’s Securities Market Act and SEO-relevant regulations is preferred.
● Ability to understand and respond effectively to clients' needs.
● Ability to work within deadlines and be result-driven.
● Ability to draft and review various forms of bilingual legal documents.
● Knowledge of regulatory environments and assisting with legal due diligence of potential partners or investors.
● Ability to handle a considerable amount of paperwork, emails, follow-ups, and required correspondences with the relevant persons or organizations.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Advanced negotiation skills and awareness of cultural differences.
