- The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing management, develop leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan. Ensure proper tenant mix in the property in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired Mall business objectives.
Requirements
-Minimum 4 years of leasing or tenant management experience, preferably in the shopping malls.
-Good understanding of lease contracts
-Leadership and decision making qualities are essential
-Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information
-General knowledge of the local laws governing landlord/tenant relationships
-Strong negotiations and sales skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills and good listener
-Good at office software
-Be emotionally intelligence
