Job Description
Objective of the role:
To improve the efficiency of the team, by following the internal procedures, managing the quality and meeting the due dates.
List of responsibilities:
Organizing the weekly/bi-weekly team plans, managing the quality of the engineering deliverables, developing replies to technical queries, handling the interdisciplinary coordination, developing technical proposals, technically supporting PMO /Sales in negotiations.
Reporting to: CEO.
Subordinates: 3 engineers, 2 drafters.
Length of Probation Period: 2 Month.
Working hours: Sat. ~ Wed. 8AM ~ 17PM.
Travel requirements: 5% to 15% of the Time.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: about 12 Million Tomans .
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: TBD .
