Job Description

-Responsible for client matters in liaising with other senior Lawyers of the group and ultimately the Managing Partner in finalizing the cases. In some cases only directly reporting to the Managing Partner -A great portion of the cases do deal with international commercial subjects. -Desktop research is a major part of the role, but also direct approaches to government entities to verify and validate laws and regulations

Requirements

-The Lawyer shall be professional in Commercial Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law -At least 5 years of related experience -Experience of working in a legal firm is a plus -Understanding organizational structures and accepting those is very essential -Member of the Central Bar Association is an asset -Versed in Commercial Law /Corporate Law -Good Knowledge in Legal Research and understanding relations -Good abilities in providing legal analysis and conclusions -High Public Relations and Interpersonal Skills -High ability to work under time pressure and comply with set schedules -Focus on organizational goals and desire to grow within the organization in contributing to its growth -International experience is an asset -ICDL Certificate (strong in Word) -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45
