As part of our expansion in the beauty and personal care category, we are seeking a Key Account to lead sales, trade marketing, and client relationship strategies across pharmacies, beauty stores, and e-commerce partners. The role requires a highly connected, commercially sharp professional who can manage key accounts while also planning and executing impactful in-store and trade activations.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute business plans for key pharmacies and beauty retail chains to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets.
● Manage and grow existing relationships with major clients and distributors; build new partnerships across the beauty retail ecosystem.
● Negotiate trade terms, margins, and annual contracts; manage rebate and incentive structures to drive sell-in and sell-out performance.
● Conduct regular market and store visits to maintain competitive awareness and ensure strong in-store execution.
● Plan and implement trade marketing activities in coordination with marketing and sales teams, including POSM deployment, retail activation, and in-store sampling.
● Manage external agencies and suppliers for execution of displays, merchandising, and promotional campaigns to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
● Support the launch of new SKUs and seasonal promotions with tailored activation plans for key accounts.
● Provide input to marketing and product teams on market needs, competitive moves, and pricing dynamics.
● Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
Requirements
● 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in key account management or trade marketing within beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries.
● Proven experience managing pharmacy and beauty store clients in Iran with an established professional network.
● Strong understanding of Iran’s trade landscape — pharmacy chains, beauty retail, traditional and modern trade, and online platforms.
● Hands-on experience in trade marketing execution, POSM, retail activation, and agency/vendor management.
● Solid negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
● Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting tools.
● Fluent in Persian (Farsi); working knowledge of English preferred.
● Willingness to travel within Tehran and occasionally nationwide.
