Job Description

The Suzuki Corporation Middle-East Office is willing to recruit a key account manager;

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with major clients, safeguarding against potential competition.

Internal Facilitator:

  • Serve as the intermediary connecting key customers with various internal departments.

Issue Resolution:

  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Retrieve reports and market research findings supplied by local market research teams.

Requirements

  • Work Experience: At least three years of managerial experience in a related field.
  • Educational Qualification: At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management.
  • English proficiency is required.
