POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Designer to support the design of our OTT platform and grow rapidly through hands-on experience. You will contribute to research, ideation, prototyping, and testing while learning how complex digital products are designed and built.

Your responsibilities include:

· Supporting product designers in research, ideation, and design execution
· Assisting in user research and insight synthesis with AI tools
· Designing UI components and simple interaction flows
· Creating low- to mid-fidelity prototypes
· Participating in validation activities such as Fake Door Tests and Internal Dogfooding
· Collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility
· Continuously learning product, UX, and platform fundamentals

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

· Working on design tasks assigned by senior designers
· Using AI tools to explore design ideas and variations
· Preparing wireframes, flows, and basic prototypes
· Incorporating feedback from designers, engineers, and users
· Observing validation tests and learning how decisions are made
· Iterating designs based on guidance and real feedback

SKILLS

Product & Design Skills
· Basic understanding of UX/UI and digital product design principles
· Familiarity with design and prototyping tools
· Interest in designing real, complex products

AI & Learning

· Willingness to use AI tools for learning, ideation, and productivity
· Curiosity and fast learning ability

Soft Skills

· Strong motivation and ownership mindset
· Openness to feedback and improvement
