Job Description

At Iran Talent, we are looking for an analytical and creative person to analyze the data of different departments (Marketing, Sales, Product, and Tech); find areas for improvement; Provide solutions, and solve them with the help of the executive forces of different departments. The primary duty of a junior business analyst is data analysis. They analyze the impact of projects on the outcome of businesses, gather systems information, and provide feedback to line managers.

Collect, verify, and document business information.
Monitor business performance in different KPIs and areas and analyze the results to identify gaps and define appropriate action plans to cover these gaps.
Analyze different business areas to find available opportunities and, as a result, define appropriate sales programs to take advantage of these opportunities.
Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning.
Provide reporting and analytical support to senior leaders and people managers, focusing on self-service reports and dashboards.
Conduct testing, documentation, reporting, analysis, tasking, and daily communication of project improvement goals.
Solve problems with various stakeholders.
Manage assigned projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
Develop ideas to address issues that may enhance or extend customer service delivery.

Requirements

Master's degree or a student in Business Management, Industrial Management, or Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
Complex problem-solving: identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Strong numerical and analytical skills (translate commercial concepts into quantifiable measurable performance).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think critically and creatively.
Fluent in working with Power BI, Excel, and SQL (Relational Database).
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
