Job Description

● Develop a full understanding of retail audit data in respective categories. ● Monitor and track brand performance indicators and prepare reports, identify risks and opportunities. ● Execute annual brand promotional activities from agency brief to execution. ● Manage and execute all sampling and BTL activations across the country. ● Manage the product tasting session for existing and new products with the internal panel. ● Identify testing methodology to be used for product tasting based on project requirements. ● Brief the agency on design change requirements. ● Manage the archive of the artworks and print proofs ensuring the database is updated with the latest artworks while keeping.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree. ● At least 6 years of marketing experience preferably in the FMCG industry. ● Good level of marketing skills including consumer insights, consumer research, concept development, brand development, and marketing mix management. ● Great coordination and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow through on actions. ● Team player with good interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the ability to develop a network internally and externally with agencies and other stakeholders. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills with good presentation skills. ● Fluent in English.
