Job Description

• Communicating with service owners and operation teams in order to understanding process requirements and SLAs • Managing and optimizing processes and IT services emphasized on Request management, Incident, Problem and Change

Requirements

• Hands-on experience of process establishing tools based on ITIL (such as Jira) • Mastery of ITIL (Proficiency of ITIL v3 and familiarity with ITIL4) • Mastery of ITSM basics (emphasized on designing and establishing ITIL) • At least bachelor degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Software, etc. • Minimum of 4 years working experience in ITSM field • Familiarity (preferably proficiency) with agile methods (Scrum and Kanban) and agile concepts • Preferably familiarity with risk management in COBIT • Background experience of designing Service Catalog • Understanding and distinguishing ITSM processes in order to establish in tools • Understanding and distinguishing SLA, OLA, UC services, etc. • Strategy-based thinking • Flexibility • Problem solving and decision making • Personal developing attitude • Innovation and creativity • Teamwork • Responsibility and accountability
