Requirements
• Hands-on experience of process establishing tools based on ITIL (such as Jira)
• Mastery of ITIL (Proficiency of ITIL v3 and familiarity with ITIL4)
• Mastery of ITSM basics (emphasized on designing and establishing ITIL)
• At least bachelor degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Software, etc.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in ITSM field
• Familiarity (preferably proficiency) with agile methods (Scrum and Kanban) and agile concepts
• Preferably familiarity with risk management in COBIT
• Background experience of designing Service Catalog
• Understanding and distinguishing ITSM processes in order to establish in tools
• Understanding and distinguishing SLA, OLA, UC services, etc.
