Job Description

• Proper implementation of Data Center standard • Raised floor and /or overhead cabling structure implemented and maintained • Racks, enclosure and cages- including ventilation and backdoor designs- are properly planned, implemented and maintained • Racks power supply redundancy • Emergency measure such as generators and/or Battery backups are correctly dimensioned and maintained • Data Center cooling system maintenance • Fire/Explosion proof cabinets- if needed proper installation and maintenance • Fire prevention and suppression system implemented, maintained and tested • Define and implement DC physical access procedure • Cabling, patch panel, DDF arrangement and labeling implemented and maintained per subsystem and per structured cabling standard • Monitoring: environmental sensors 24x7, humidity, temperature, doors, power, emergency power, etc. • Disaster recovery planning and execution • Hardware maintenance of • Application servers and database servers • File Servers, Print Servers, VM Host servers • SAN and NAS • Tape backup and VTL • Digital Shredders • Monitoring: hardware sensor 24x7 • Designing and implementing passive and active network • Defining network operation and maintenance process and procedures like incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, … • Managing all Internal and external communications, • Ensure seamless and High available network. • Enhancing WiFi network security and coverage • Internet Provider SLA management • Vendor Management • Providing enterprise software and services in line with business strategy. • Network performance monitoring and optimization. • Managing and supervising Network engineers team. • Defining Network, Software and ITS Security policy • Conducting periodic and random pen test. • Responsible to implement ISMS. • Risk awareness and mitigation plan

Requirements

• Data center design and operation • Server installation, rack mount and self-standing • Indebt understanding of Data center standards • Network Design, Implementation, Operation and optimization • Security practices enforcement • Understanding IT process framework especially ITIL. • Deep knowledge for cisco devices and systems • OS and application knowledge. • CCNA, CCNP is Proffered. • Customer Service Mindset • Organized and disciplined • Good listener and great communicator • Human capital management • Negotiation and communication skills. • Leadership skills. • Fluent English. • Good Knowledge MS Pack Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio etc.). • Good Knowledge of Project management.
