Job Description

To support our rapidly expanding organization, we are looking for an IT Technician who will be part of our IT Team in executing their current and future projects while providing efficient services to the staff with their IT needs. Duties include but not limited to: • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications • Troubleshoot system and network problems • Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues • Technical writing and documentation • Manage IT infrastructure including WIFI, Wired network and Servers • Manage VOIP Telephone system and server (Elastix/Asterisk) • Manage network cables and patch cords when needed • Configure routers and switches when needed • Manage server rack, UPS system and CCTV cameras • Setup and manage fingerprint device • Update and maintain mobile applications on company tablets and phones
