Job Description

Mainly responsible for: • Hardware, Software and Network Installation, Configuration and Maintenance for Servers and Desktop/Mobile Clients at Factory or Central Office • Training end-users for Corporation Softwares/Solutions --outsource or insource developed Softwares • Implementing and running the IT Asset Management Process • Supervising or interacting with outsourced IT projects and contractors • Reporting and responding tasks to the CIO More details: • Network Installation and Maintenance in terms of Passive(Copper, Fiber and Wireless) and Active (OS, services and applications (such as Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Exchange Server, FTP Server, etc.) • Acting as DBA and running Server Scheduled tasks • Virtualization using vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, etc.) • Higher knowledge and experience in these topics will preference: Security TMG (ISA Server), Firewall, Antivirus Routing, VPN, MPLS CISCO routers, MicroTik routers Storage servers (SAN, NAS) Remote Management IT Asset Management Process, Software Development and Programming
