- Supporting ERP system
- Implementation new distributor ERP and Network system
- IT Infrastructure and Network management knowledge
- Familiar with SQL server
- Familiar with Microsoft software
- Following up the IT issues and working with ticketing system
- Preparing accurate and timely reports
- Visiting office to provide service for them
Requirements
- B.S. / degree in Computer/ IT/ ICT Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience (work experience with International companies is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated and the ability to organize and prioritize time effectively.
- Ability to travel.
- Military service status: completed or exempted.
