Job Description

- Full familiar with Business processes to support them - Full familiar with application facilities base on Business processes - Analyze processes and design and document them with BMPS tools - Analyze new business needs, suggest if there is any solution for that in application - Negotiate with supplier for any bugs, new customization or changes - Book CRM tickets to follow up issues - Train users in application - Prepare Test cases and test new developments to transfer it to live server - Update documents - Full Familiar with application data model to create reports in reporting tools - Develop interfaces if needed

Requirements

+2 years of recent experience in Application support - At least a bachelor's degree of Computer Science - Good knowledge of system analyzing methodologies - Good knowledge of SQL - Be familiar with reporting tools (Oracle BI) - knowing of Oracle is advantage - Be familiar with programming - Self-Motivated person - Dominate support and principles Application Support - Having good social skills to communicate with other members and team work - Highly flexible, high tolerance and ability to good work - Communicative and Problem Solver
