Job Description

• Manage information technology and computer systems • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems • Manage system logs and all security-related infrastructure • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy • Participate in the design and deployment of new software systems, services, components, features, etc. • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Consulting computer users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or project requirements • Ensure the availability of required hardware, software, and other tools necessary for the delivery of high quality IT service • Provides reporting to management on compliance to established metrics and service level agreements • Ensuring software licensing laws are followed • Scheduling upgrades • Stay current on IT best practices and support trends • Keeping up to date with new technology
