Job Description
•Main Objective: Manage IT operation department, running and maintaining network, operating systems and infrastructural components, databases and related services •Main Responsibilities -Manage units responsible for network, operation and databases both for company's internal and product line software tools and components -Set IT operation strategy, moving towards DevOps and then DevSecOps -Deploy and monitor processes for above mentioned -Set processes and methods for monitoring, maintaining and improving infrastructure to maintain high availability -Respond to development and support teams -Reporting to: CEO *Benefits -Stable payment system of salary, bonus, compensation and health package -Being a part of impactful solutions and products in capital market -Evolving product and team and processes -Being a part of company's expanding technical drive
Requirements
-Minimum 15 years of total experience network and software maintenance environments -Solid skills in managing enterprise software deployment environment -Ability to manage and/or communicate with multiple and diverse teams -Practical knowledge in IT operation and software deployment -Expertise in one of Windows or Linux based platforms and knowledge about the other -Practical expertise in web servers and network technologies and security -Sufficient knowledge in software development life cycle and modern software architecture -Preferably expertise in DevOps or other modern operation practices -Experience in database concepts and design -Excellent communication negotiation skills -Proactive problem-solving approach and positive thinking -Leadership attitude, ability to motivate team members -Forward looking mind set, discovering new effective working or technical methods -Experience in issue tracking tools -Deploy technical documentation standards -Put in place knowledge sharing and technical excellence plans -Ideal Age Range: Minimum 35
