Job Description

-Maintain daily performance of computer system -Resolve minimal technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) -Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware -Install, implement and maintain application control and other security programs -Maintain and perform data backup operations -Provide and manage maintenance contracts for IT related H/W and services -Manage IT consumable warehouse and forecast W/H balance -Maintain CCTV infrastructure -Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention -Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions -Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications -Develop training materials and procedures and train users according to policies -Confer with staff, users and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications

Requirements

-Bachelor degree in IT, Software Engineering or similar field background -3 years of experience in a similar environment -Proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint -Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and the willingness to put in extra hours when needed -Communicative and Problem Solver -Familiarity with Microsoft MCSE is required -Familiarity with VMware Virtualization Solutions (vSphere, ESXi, Horizon, View, HA implementation) is advantageous -Familiarity with structured cabling is advantageous -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 33 -Must be fluent in English
