Job Description

- Performing all the support tasks regarding users of sales area after running the ERP software - Support the sales and distribution system of Rahkaran - Identify, evaluate and respond to the new process needs of the organization in the relevant field - Designing and installing computer software configurations - Installing software and networking systems - Troubleshooting network and software issues - Training staff on newly installed software systems if needed - Responding to general IT requests

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills - Having strong team-working skills - Bachelor Degree in IT/ Computer Engineering or related fields - At least 3 years of experience in the field of IT - knowledge of Database (SQL Server) - Knowledge of network, applications, and Web server basic and implementation - Experience and knowledge administering, managing and supporting Microsoft services - Having an international IT certification is a priority - Knowledge & Experience with Data-Mining is plus - Knowledge & Experience with Microsoft CRM is plus - Familiarity with programing like NET/C# and React Native is plus - Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team goals
