Job Description

-Technical man/woman in IT included hardware and software for troubleshooting PC, Laptop, Printer and be expert in OS installation on PC and laptop -Provide telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues -Analyze network data to determine network usage, disk space availability, or server function -Install or repair network cables (passive experience-including fiber optic cables), new network hardware or software systems (security or firewall software) -Design Data Storage, Data Backup and Archiving, Data Replication for Enterprises and Data Centers -Tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure servers, backup -Implementing, Programming tasks such as Designing, developing, bug fixing and improving application performance -Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed -Maintain and improve the performance of overall IT related staffs on daily basis (hardware, software, network, internet connectivity) including: troubleshooting based on user’s demand (over the phone, by remote connection, presence at their stations), installing software, renew licenses, change the outdated hardware -Manage servers, active directories, user groups etc. and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of domain -Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, DHCP, and IIS. -Maintain the security of the network and administer internal controls, having overall control of antivirus and firewall -Overall supervision of IT requisitions and coordinate with procurement department and store -Mastering of CCTV and central phone system
