Job Description

-Monitoring and ensuring the correct functioning of servers and Clients - Troubleshoot hardware and software, technical issues - Preparing accurate and timely reports -Monitoring of all devices, services, and network servers using appropriate tools in order to ensure the access -Collecting and updating information in the field of network utilization in order to achieve the necessary planning -Support, maintenance and trouble-shooting of servers and network -Software and Hardware trouble-shooting and maintenance -Backup data from servers and files -Monitor network resources and perform preventative maintenance -IT Support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure
