Job Description

Coordinate ISP to design, develop, implement, operators and administer networks and information systems Manage and ensure that project system such as PMIS, ERP, video conference are fully functioning Manage the Router/Switch/Queues/VPN server to ensure the internet are functioning. Troubleshoot WAN/LAN/Wireless Network system Troubleshoot PC/Laptop/Printer/Scanner hardware problems Troubleshoot OS/Application/Clouds software problems Provide orientation and train new users of existing technology and system Provide recommendations about accessing information and support. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources Input data into database ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Generate diverse reports in accordance with the requirement. Preserve the hard and soft copies of the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy trace ability.
