Job Description

We are looking for a fresh graduate to troubleshoot, install, configure, and support our websites, network, and computers.

Main Responsibilities:

Identify and solve hardware and software problems on computer systems.
Respond to users' calls and meet the raised requests or troubleshoot related issues (issues are mostly related to computer OS, applications, hardware, or connectivity).
Periodically visit the company's computer systems and submit reports.
Optimize the website’s content.
Prepare reports of website status.

Requirements

Interested in learning new different fields of IT.
Fluent in topics A+ or Network+.
Familiarity with Microsoft services such as DNS, DHCP, MCSE, CCNA, and VMware ESXi is an advantage.
High communication skills.
Patient.
Responsible, organized, welcoming, with a high teamwork spirit.
Gender preference: Female.
Ideal age range: 22 to 35 years old.
