As a fast-growing e-commerce company, SnappMarket strives to improve online shopping experiences. As a member of the team, you collaborate with the business by designing and implementing electronic hardware projects and R&D and offering solutions to interesting problems.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of all projects assigned and complete them in a timely manner.
Product validation plan development, research, and execution.
Design electronic hardware, assemble, and test to ensure it complies with specifications.
Responsible for hardware development for new product design and product enhancements.
Perform board layout and system testing.
Communicate effectively with the team and provide timely updates on assigned projects.
Create, maintain, and update engineering-related aspects (e.g. parts, bill of materials) of the material requirements planning (MRP) system.
Ensure components, processes, and products are designed to maximize effective manufacture and efficiency requirements by diagnosing manufacturing issues, tooling, and testing/fixtures.
Create, maintain, and update procedures for assembly and calibration.
Ensure the documentation of products is accurate and well-maintained.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
Excellent experience in electrical hardware design and troubleshooting.
Excellent experience in single-board computers like Raspberry Pi.
Strong Experience to develop software in Python, Linux, and C++ programming languages.
Comfortable using Git.
Comfortable to launch different hardware modules (camera, speaker, etc.).
Ability to create custom Linux-based systems( Yocto, Buildroot, etc.).
A good understanding of RESTful API design.
Ability to compile, install, and use open-source projects.
Familiar with programming, debugging, and setting up electronic boards and hardware (Arduino, Altium, etc.).
Familiarity with network communication protocols (WiFi, GSM, LoRa, Zigbee, etc.). communication protocols (SPI, USART, I2C), and network data protocols (HTTP, HTTPS).
