Job Description
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability- market report on a daily/weekly basis. • Suppliers evaluation based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability and capability. • Monitor and apply legal rules and regulations. • Maintain records of goods ordered and received. • Monitoring all custom process and handle the related correspondence • Manage the process of getting necessary permissions from Ministry of Commerce • Extensive knowledge of LC text and wording-responsible for LC opening • Extensive knowledge of sea freight and custom regulation • Plan and coordinate custom clearance procedures. • Reporting to: CEO • Location: Tehran, Iran • Desired Start Date: ASAP
Requirements
• Preferably educated in Business, Management or Economics • Minimum of experience: 3 • Preferably Western Educated. • Experience in working with multi-national companies • Knowledge on banking regulations and money transfers with sanction • Knowledge on LC -- its vocabulary, structure and operational side on execution • Knowledge on LC Documentation • Knowledge of ocean freights • Preferred knowledge on logistic and port operation -- both southern and northern ports of Iran • Friendly and social character • Reliable, trustworthy, dependable
