Job Description
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability- market report on a daily/weekly basis.
• Suppliers evaluation based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability and capability.
• Monitor and apply legal rules and regulations.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Monitoring all custom process and handle the related correspondence
• Manage the process of getting necessary permissions from Ministry of Commerce
• Extensive knowledge of LC text and wording-responsible for LC opening
• Extensive knowledge of sea freight and custom regulation
• Plan and coordinate custom clearance procedures.
• Reporting to: CEO
